Gencon Technologico is located in Mayur Vihar Phase II, specifically in Pocket-C at 296 B. This part of East Delhi is where we have set up our small operation. It’s not a big corporate building, but rather a space that feels more like a home office. We handle various technology tasks and projects from this location. We are a small group of people who enjoy working together without all the pressure of a big company environment. Our office has a few bookshelves, some comfortable chairs, and our computer stations. We don’t have a strict dress code, so you will usually find us in jeans and t-shirts. We spend a lot of time discussing ideas and trying to find the best way to handle technical issues. The atmosphere is relaxed but we still make sure we get our work done on time. Outside, the neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the center of Delhi, which we appreciate. There are some trees nearby and it’s a nice place to take a walk when we need to clear our heads. We don’t use any marketing slogans or try to pretend we are something we aren't. We are just a local business doing tech work in Mayur Vihar. It’s a practical setup and it allows us to focus on what matters most to us, which is the work itself every single day.
