If you ever find yourself in Puran Nagar, near Palam, you might pass by K-38 in K-Block. That’s where Geminisolutions Technology Private Limited is set up. We are in the East Delhi side of the city, which has its own pace. The office is pretty straightforward. It’s not one of those high-rise buildings you see in movies. It’s a solid building where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. Palam is a busy area, and being in K-Block means we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but it makes the place feel alive. We spend our days dealing with tech issues and software stuff. It’s not always exciting, and there are plenty of days where we just stare at the screen for hours. We keep things simple here. There aren't any fancy perks or a cafeteria. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something from the shops nearby. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with stacks of paper and empty tea cups here and there. It’s just a normal group of people working together in a regular neighborhood. We don’t have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up at K-38, do the work, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s home for us during the work week, and we like the local feel.
