G B Tech (India)

Starts at Bharat Ram Road in Daryaganj. We’ve been here a while now, right near the Choudhury Eye Centre. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets. The office is usually full of papers and parts. We deal with various technical components and machinery stuff. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Some days the traffic outside is so loud we can barely hear the phone ring, but that’s just life in Daryaganj. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure orders are right before they go out. It’s mostly just us working through the backlog and trying to stay on top of things. People stop by sometimes asking for directions to the eye center, and we point them the right way while we’re packing up boxes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us here making sure the technical side of the business runs okay. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a small break. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or talking to suppliers on the phone. We try to keep things simple. If a machine needs a part, we find it. That’s pretty much the whole story of G B Tech (India). We've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our little corner stays the same.
