Ftplart1 Llp

You’ll find Ftplart1 Llp over in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2. We are on the first floor of the S-8 building. It’s an industrial part of South Delhi, so it’s mostly warehouses and other small businesses around us. The area stays pretty packed during the day with trucks and people moving goods. We decided to set up here because it’s a central spot for getting things done. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and whatever projects we’re currently handling. It isn't a place for showing off; it’s just where the work happens. We handle a variety of artistic and design-related tasks, hence the name, though we keep it pretty low-key. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a lot of back-and-forth communication going on. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist greeting people. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. The neighborhood has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over time. It can be a bit of a maze finding the right street if you aren't familiar with Okhla, but we like being in the thick of the action. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job right. It’s a straightforward operation where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it daily. We might not have fancy coffee machines, but we get the job done.
