Flag Bearer Technology Private Limited operates out of the Vikash Deep Building, room 1404, right across from V3S Mall in Laxmi Nagar. If you know that area, you know how packed it gets. There’s always people everywhere and the traffic near the mall can be a bit much during the evenings. Being up on the 14th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street. We’ve got a decent view of the surroundings while we work. The office itself is just a regular workspace. We have our workstations set up and a small area for taking breaks. We do tech work, which mostly involves a lot of typing and staring at code until it finally behaves the way we want it to. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. There’s no corporate hierarchy getting in the way of the daily tasks. If something needs to be fixed, we just talk about it and do it. Working in Laxmi Nagar is handy because everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby or walk over to the mall if we want something different for a change. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being in the thick of things. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a local tech company doing our thing in a well-known building. Each day is just about getting the work done and heading home.
