We've been here on Asaf Ali Road for a while now. Most folks know us for the machines we sell, mostly for cleaning up or getting the water right in their homes. Our office at number 41376 is usually busy with people coming in to check on repairs or asking about a filter change. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Dealing with dust and dirty water is what we do every day. Sometimes the phones ring more than we can keep up with, but we try to get back to everyone. The crew knows their stuff when it comes to the technical parts of a vacuum or a purifier. We have spare parts piled up in the back because something is always breaking down somewhere. It's a bit noisy here sometimes with the traffic outside on the main road. Customers drop by, tell us their machines are making a weird noise, and we take a look. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just work on the equipment and hope it stays running for the people who bought it. If you walk past the shop, you’ll see us testing things out or packing boxes. It’s a lot of manual work, getting our hands dirty with grease and filters. We’ve seen all kinds of models over the years, the old ones and the new ones. It’s just how it is at Eureka Forbes Ltd. We keep the doors open and stay busy.
