We’ve been based here at Pandav Nagar for a while now, specifically in property C-265-F, up on the third floor of unit A-4. It is a typical East Delhi spot, quite busy and sometimes a bit loud with the traffic outside. Most of us get here early to beat the worst of the congestion. The office isn't anything fancy, just a bunch of desks, some computers that hum all day, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but you get used to it after the first week. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to stay on top of the work coming in. Sometimes the power flickers, which is just part of living in this part of Delhi, so we have backups ready. There’s a guy who sells snacks just down the street, and that’s usually where we head when we need a break from the monitors. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with glass walls; it’s just us here in this apartment-turned-office space. The walls are a plain off-white and we have a few plants that mostly survive on hope. It feels like a real place because it is. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s just a regular workplace where we get things done, talk about our weekends, and hope the metro isn't too crowded on the way home.
