Eicher

This Eicher spot is located at 8471, Arya Nagar, right in the middle of Pahar Ganj in New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Pahar Ganj, you know it is absolutely chaotic almost every hour of the day. There are rickshaws, tourists, and delivery bikes everywhere you look. Our building is right in the heart of all that noise and dust. We deal with parts and various business matters related to Eicher trucks and machinery here. It’s a bit of a dusty place because of the constant road work and the traffic right outside. The office inside is fairly small and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint at some point. We have some old wooden desks and a big metal cupboard where we keep all the files. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a fancy corporate meeting, but it’s where the actual work gets done. Most of the guys here are busy shouting over the phone to get a shipment moving or checking on inventory. We drink a lot of tea from the small stall just around the corner. It’s a tough and crowded area to work in, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. We just open up the heavy shutters every morning and see what needs to be handled for the day.
