Rama Auto Company is located at No. 1499, Gali No. 25-26 in Karol Bagh. If you know Delhi, you know Karol Bagh is one of those places that never really sleeps. It’s a maze of narrow streets and shops tucked away in every corner. Our spot is right in the thick of it. We’ve been operating out of these galis for a long time. The shop is small, and we have parts stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside. We spend a lot of time out on the street talking to customers or helping someone find a specific part for their vehicle. The noise is constant—horns, people talking, and the general hum of the market. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just have our name on the board and our stock on the shelves. Sometimes we have to run to another shop nearby to find something we don’t have in stock. That’s just how the community works here. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks through the door. It’s a lot of standing around and searching through old boxes. We like the energy of Karol Bagh, even when it’s overwhelming. This is just home for Rama Auto Company. We open early and stay until the shutters go down late.
