Tangent Infocom

Tangent Infocom is our small setup in East Vinod Nagar. We are at No. 3/17. We’ve been here in Delhi for a good stretch of time. Dealing with info and comms stuff is what fills our days. Usually, it's a mix of setting up networks or helping someone get their office computers talking to each other. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s necessary. The streets around here can get pretty tight, but we like the neighborhood. We don’t have a flashy office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can focus. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we have to scramble. That’s just part of the job. We keep a lot of cables and spare parts around just in case. If you need something fixed or set up, we are the ones who actually do the labor. We don't outsource it. You talk to the same person who fixes your gear. We’ve learned a lot over the years by just doing the work. Every day brings a different set of issues to solve. We try to be sensible about how we approach things. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but we always get there in the end. East Vinod Nagar is home for the business and we plan on staying put for the foreseeable future. There is always work to be done.
