Delicacies

We’re located at 18/35 in Site-4 of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. We call the business Delicacies, though we aren't some fancy gourmet shop. We’re right in the middle of all the factories and warehouses. It’s a dusty, busy place to work, but we like the energy of it. Most of our days are spent in the back, prepping whatever needs to be done. Being in an industrial area means things are more about function than looks. Our walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the front door squeaks, but it doesn’t stop the work. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way. We don't have a marketing team or a big budget. It’s just a few of us making sure everything tastes right and gets delivered to where it’s going. People from the other units around Site-4 sometimes drop by just to see what’s cooking. It’s a community of workers here. We don't put on any acts or try to sound like a big corporation. We just make food. Some days are harder than others, especially when the heat in Sahibabad gets really bad in the summer. But we’ve got our fans and our routine, and that’s enough for us. If you’re looking for 18/35, just follow the main road into the industrial area. We’re there every day, making sure the orders go out on time and everything is handled.
