Our office is located at 102-A in Pal Mohan Plaza, which is right on D.B. Gupta Road in Karol Bagh. If you know the area, we are directly opposite PP Jewellers. It’s a very busy part of Delhi, so there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside our windows. We’ve been in this plaza for quite some time now. We deal with various business supplies and services. It’s a small office, packed with boxes and paper. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the street. Karol Bagh is the kind of place where everyone is always in a hurry, and our office feels that way too. We have a small staff and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to carrying boxes down to the couriers. The elevator in the plaza is a bit temperamental, so we often take the stairs. It’s not a shiny corporate building, just a practical place to run a business. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit chaotic. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of the market. It’s just where we belong. People know they can find us here during the day if they need to settle an account or pick something up. We just keep the files moving and the phones ringing.
