Computer Operator

I work out of H.No.-252 in Gali No. 10A, which is over in the Prem Nagar part of Nathupura. If you know Burari, you know these streets can be a bit of a maze sometimes. Being a computer operator here means I spend most of my day staring at a screen in a small room. It is a quiet spot, tucked away from the main road noise. I handle all sorts of typing, data work, and whatever else needs to be done on the PC. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you hear kids playing outside or the vegetable sellers passing by while I am busy working. The room isn't anything special, just a desk, a couple of chairs, and my equipment. Sometimes the power goes out and I have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just how things go in Delhi 110084. I don't have a big staff or a fancy office setup. It is just me and the work that comes in through the door or over the web. People from the street often drop by to ask for help with forms or printing. I try to keep things simple and just do the job right. It is a humble way to earn a living, but it keeps me occupied. By the time I finish up at night, the street is usually getting quiet again. It is just a local life.
