Our place is in Civil Lines, specifically at Bali Block in Flat No 1. It’s an older part of the city, which gives it a certain feel that you don't get in the newer areas. Code World Institute and Infotech is run out of here. We focus a lot on the tech side of things, teaching and working on software. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the computers and books lying around, but we make it work. Vishwanath Ganesh Bali is the name on the door usually. We aren't a big university or a huge tech firm. We are more like a small hub where people come to learn and get things built. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. If the work is getting done, that's what matters to us. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just explaining one concept to someone until they finally get it. It’s satisfying when that happens. Civil Lines is a nice area, a bit quieter than the rest of Delhi, which helps when you’re trying to concentrate on code. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the neighborhood well. It’s not a flashy setup, just a practical one for people who actually want to learn how to use technology properly without all the extra fluff.
