Chandni Chowk Ki Mathi

We are located at 53/10 on the Karol Bagh Main Road. The name might make you think of the old city, but we have been right here in Karol Bagh for a long time. It is a very loud and busy street with people constantly walking past the door. The shop is usually full of the smell of frying because that is what we do most of the day. We have the mathi and other things stacked up in the glass cases. It is a small place and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once. We don't have any corporate training or a polished way of speaking to customers. We just say hello and get them what they want. The work is repetitive, making the same things every day, but it is what we know how to do. We don't use any fancy language to describe our shop. It is just a place on the main road where you can get some snacks. The traffic outside is always there, and sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are constantly cleaning the front area. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We open the doors early and stay until the street starts to get quiet at night.
