Cect Solutions India Private Limited is based in Laxmi Nagar, specifically in the Metroplex East Mall at the District Centre. Being in a mall sounds fancy but it’s really just a convenient place for us to have an office. We are in unit 309. It’s an East Delhi spot that everyone around here knows. We spend our days dealing with various technical solutions. There is always something to fix or a new problem to solve. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of floors; we are just here in this one unit. The mall has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress it up in fancy talk. Usually, it’s just the hum of the computers and the sound of people walking by in the hallway. We like being in Laxmi Nagar because it’s central for us. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a bit, so we know how to get things done without a lot of meetings. We just focus on the task at hand. If things get complicated, we just sit down and work through it until it’s right. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it works for us. We are just local people doing our jobs in a busy part of Delhi.
