Birma Technologies Private Limited is set up right in the middle of Karol Bagh. If you know the area, you know how packed Arya Samaj Road gets on any given afternoon. We are at Shop-1, which is on the ground floor of the building marked 13/39 or 10616/20. It can be a bit confusing with all those numbers on the front, but we've been here long enough that it feels like home now. Being on the ground floor is a bit of a relief because we don't have to deal with many stairs. The shop isn't huge, but it's enough for the handful of us who work here every day. Karol Bagh is a loud place with lots of shoppers and traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the constant honking and the shouting from the nearby stalls. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. Most mornings start with clearing away some of the dust that blows in from the street and getting the computer systems running. We don't do anything flashy here. It’s just a regular local spot where we handle our tech work. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at the local joints nearby when the work gets a bit heavy. It’s a simple life for us here in Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people working out of a small shop in a busy market.
