Bindal Auto Industries

We are over in the Anand Parbat area, specifically at Plot No 18/A on Gali No 4. This is an industrial part of town, so it is always noisy and dusty. We make auto parts here. It’s a lot of metalwork and using machines to get the shapes right. Bindal Auto Industries has been at this location for a good bit of time now. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil, which is just how a factory looks. We have a small crew of workers who know these machines inside and out. It’s not a clean-shirt kind of job. We are usually in our work clothes, getting our hands dirty to make sure the parts are ready for the assembly lines. Gali No 4 is quite busy with trucks coming in to pick up finished goods. Sometimes the traffic in Anand Parbat is so bad that the trucks can't even get to us until late. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to produce parts that actually fit and work like they are supposed to. It is practical work for practical people. When the whistle blows at the end of the shift, we’re all pretty tired but ready to do it again the next day. The hum of the generator is just the background music to our lives here.
