If you walk down Rani Jhanshi Road in Jhandewalan, you will eventually find us at number 19. It is a very busy street with a lot of movement all day long. Best Webonline Services Pvt Ltd occupies a space that has definitely seen better days, but it works for what we need to do. The building has that old Delhi architecture where the hallways are a bit dark and cool until you get into the main rooms. We have a few desks pushed together and wires running along the floor for the computers. It is not the kind of place with a fancy reception or expensive coffee machines. We just have a small kettle in the corner for making tea when the rains start or it gets cold. The view from the window is mostly just the tops of other old buildings and the crowded street below. Jhandewalan is a very central place to be, so it makes getting around the city a lot easier for the staff. Sometimes the elevator in the building gets stuck between floors, so we mostly just take the stairs up to the second floor. It is a bit of a daily workout but it keeps us moving. We spend a lot of time just looking at screens and talking to each other across the messy room. It’s a simple setup at number 19, nothing more and nothing less. Just a bunch of regular people working through their daily tasks without much fuss.
