Arvind Mishra

My name is Arvind Mishra and I’m based at 441 Tis Hazari. This area is always buzzing with people, especially since it’s such a major hub in the city. I’ve been at this particular spot for a good while now. It’s a small office, mostly filled with files and some old furniture that’s seen better days. I don't see any reason to change it if it still works. I spend most of my time here dealing with the daily grind. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important to me and the people I help. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the bustle of the corridor all day long. I usually have a tea around four o'clock while I catch up on the latest news or finish some filing. People come and go throughout the day. I try to keep things organized, though my desk might tell you a different story sometimes. It’s just me here most of the time, though I have friends in the nearby offices who drop in for a chat. Being in Tis Hazari means you see a lot of different things every day. It’s a place where you have to be quick and keep your head down. I’ve grown to like the pace over the years. It can be exhausting, but at the end of the day, I feel like I’ve actually gotten things done. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Delhi.
