Indraprastha Estate is a busy spot, and being in units 709 and 710 keeps us right in the thick of it. The office isn't much to look at, just a lot of benches and testing equipment. We spend most of our time opening up hardware and seeing why things stopped working. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the workspace, but most days there’s a pile of tech waiting for us. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who have been doing this for years. People from the nearby offices usually just pop in when they’re having trouble with their systems. We don’t have any fancy brochures or sales pitches. We just tell you what we found and what it’ll cost to get it fixed. The elevators in this building are always packed, so we try not to leave too often once we get here in the morning. We just put on the radio and get to work. It’s a bit cramped in 709/710 with all the spare parts, but we know where everything is. It’s a steady way to make a living and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It's just a regular tech service place, nothing more than that.
