We are located in Room 502 of Dakha House, right on Pusa Lane in the Karol Bagh area. If you’ve ever been to the WEA part of town, you know how busy the streets get with all the shops and people moving around. We’ve been in this building for a long time. The office is usually a bit cramped because we have boxes of computer parts and old monitors sitting in the corners. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s a place where we actually do the work. Most of our day is spent fixing hardware issues or setting up software for people who need it. We get a lot of walk-ins from nearby businesses looking for a quick fix or a specific cable. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It keeps us fit, I suppose. There are about six of us working here on a regular basis. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we lean over a motherboard with a screwdriver. We talk a lot about new tech, but we also appreciate the old stuff that just keeps working. It’s a noisy, busy environment, but we’ve grown used to the buzz of the city outside our windows. We just try to be fair and get the computers back to their owners as fast as possible.
