We are located at 74 Rajendar Nagar Industrial Area, which is just near the Mohan Nagar post office. This part of town is always noisy with trucks and machines running, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our team spent a lot of time setting up the workshop here to handle micro tech components. It is not the most glamorous building, with its plain walls and heavy metal doors, but it works for what we do. Usually, the day starts early when the first batch of materials arrives at the gate. We spend our hours looking at small parts and making sure the assembly lines are moving okay. There is usually someone fixing a machine or checking the inventory lists on a clipboard. Lunch is often spent at the small stall down the road or just sitting in the break room sharing food brought from home. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters to customers. We just focus on the technical stuff and getting the orders ready for shipping. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, and we all just sit outside on the steps for a bit until the generator kicks in. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes my hands get a bit dirty, but that is the nature of this business. We stay busy and keep the floor swept as much as we can while we get through the daily schedule.
