Aashirwad Appliances

You will find Aashirwad Appliances located right on Anand Parbat Main Road 49/50. We have been in this spot for quite a while, selling things like gas stoves, ceiling fans, and other small things people need for their kitchens and homes. Because the shop sits right on the main road, there is a lot of constant noise from the buses and cars outside. We try to keep things somewhat organized on the display shelves, but it usually gets a bit messy whenever a new shipment of stock comes in. There are almost always brown boxes piled up in the back corners. We aren't the kind of place that has a fancy, air-conditioned showroom. We just put the items out so people can look at them and see if they are what they need. It is mostly just us working here, answering questions when people stop in to ask about a price or a feature. Sometimes we have to help someone carry a heavy box out to their car or find a rickshaw for them. It gets really busy during the holiday seasons, but the regular days are much more relaxed. We know a lot of the families around here since they have been coming to us for their home needs for a long time. If a fan motor burns out or someone needs a new kettle, they usually just wander in. We don't really spend money on fancy ads. People around the neighborhood just know where we are. It is a very straightforward business and we like it that way.
