A2Z Enterprises

Our shop for A2Z Enterprises is tucked away in Gali No 1 in Chunamandi, which is right in the heart of Paharganj. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with tourists and traders everywhere. We are at number 3043. It is a small space, mostly filled with stock and cardboard boxes that we move around all day. We deal with all sorts of things, whatever is needed at the time. There isn't much room to walk once we get a big shipment in from our suppliers. We’ve been in this spot for years and have seen the market change a lot. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so you have to be careful when you’re carrying things up. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking the inventory lists. It’s dusty work sometimes, but that’s Paharganj for you. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here since they were young. It’s a family-style environment even though we aren't all related. We just work together to keep the business moving. When things get really busy, we just put our heads down and get through the pile of orders sitting on the desk. It’s a simple life here in the Gali.
