Shree Nath Marbels

Shree Nath Marbels is located in Devpura, right along Kota Road. We are pretty easy to find because the Bhairav Kripa petrol pump is just nearby. Most people use that as a landmark when they are trying to reach us. Our yard isn't huge, but we pack a lot of marble into the space we have. It’s a family-run operation for the most part. We spend our mornings checking the stock and seeing what needs to be moved around. The road outside is always busy with trucks and cars, which brings in people who are just passing by and decide to stop. We handle various kinds of marble slabs. Some of them have really nice patterns, others are more plain for basic flooring. We don't have a computer system for everything; we mostly just keep track of things in a notebook and by memory. It works for us. When a customer comes in, we just walk around the stacks together. The sun can be quite strong out here in Devpura, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early before it gets too hot. Dealing with stone is a heavy job, and you have to be careful with your hands. We’ve had this spot for a while and the locals know us. We just try to keep enough variety so that whoever stops by can find something that fits what they are building. It is a simple life and we like the work.
