Narayanpur Stone

We've been at Narayanpur Stone for a while now. It's right by the Bahadur Singh Circle on Police Line Road. Most days we're just here moving slabs around or talking to folks about what they need for their houses. It’s a lot of work but we like it well enough. The yard gets pretty messy during the week. We have different kinds of stone sitting out in the open. People come in, look at the stacks, and we try to find something that fits their project. It isn't a fancy place by any means. Just a lot of rocks and some old machinery that we've had for years. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains and the mud gets everywhere around the yard. But we stay open and keep at it. If you drive down Police Line Road, you'll see our sign. We’ve known the neighbors for years and it feels like home. Sometimes people just stop by to chat about nothing in particular. We don't have a big office or anything polished. Just a small desk and some chairs. We handle the heavy stuff every day. It’s what we do for a living. Not much else to say about it. We keep things simple here. The stones are heavy and the days are long, but that's just how the business goes. If you need something for a floor or a wall, we probably have a pile of it somewhere in the back.
