You can find us at 479, Gate No.-6 in Rajat Colony, Bundi. This is our main spot for the Aditya Cement operations in this area. Bundi is a smaller place, so everyone kind of knows where Rajat Colony is. The office is right near the gate, which makes it easy for the transport guys to stop by without getting lost in the residential streets. It’s a basic building, nothing special to look at, but it has everything we need to run the daily business. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the plant and the local builders. There’s always a bit of dust around because of the nature of the product, but we try to keep the desks clean. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea for whoever stops by. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do get busy during the construction season when everyone wants their delivery at the same time. We don’t use any complicated systems; it’s mostly just ledgers and a couple of computers. The staff here are all from around Bundi, so we talk a lot about what’s happening in town. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the trucks are all accounted for. It feels like a small family working here most days. The gate gets stuck sometimes, but we just give it a shove.
