Shri Kanti Prakash S V M Inter College is situated near Mori Gate in Anupshahar. This part of Bulandshahr has a lot of history, and we’ve been part of the landscape for a long time. It’s an inter college, so we deal with students who are getting ready for that next big step in their lives. The building is an older style, the kind you see all over this region. It’s got thick walls and plenty of character, though it might need a bit of paint here and there. We don't have a corporate office or a PR person writing our stuff. We’re just a group of educators working in a small town. The students come from the surrounding villages and the town itself. During the rainy season, things can get a bit messy around the gate, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of lectures and the scraping of chairs. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets, just the usual boards and desks. It’s a simple life here in Anupshahar. We see the kids grow up from young teenagers into young adults. It’s rewarding in its own way, even if the work is repetitive. We just keep the doors open and try to do right by the families who send their children to us. There isn't much more to it than that, honestly.
