Arun International School

Arun International School is located in Khurja, which is within the Bulandshahr district. It is a local school where we have students from the town and some of the nearby smaller places. The school building is pretty standard for this area, with several rooms for the different grades. We have a small area for the kids to spend their break time, though it gets quite dusty when the weather is dry. Most of our teachers live in or around Khurja, so they know the community well. We don't have any high-tech classrooms or expensive equipment. It is just a place with desks, blackboards, and books. The morning starts with everyone gathering together, and then it is just one class after another until the end of the day. We have to deal with the usual problems like the occasional power cut or needing to fix a broken desk. It is a very practical kind of environment. People in Bulandshahr are straightforward, and we try to run the school in the same way. We handle the registrations and the exams as they come up throughout the year. It is not a polished or corporate kind of setup. We just provide a space for education and try to keep things organized so that everything runs relatively smoothly for the families who rely on us. It is just a normal part of the daily life here in our little corner of the world.
