Eastern Delhi Public School

Our school is located on Dhanori Road out in the Dankaur area of Noida. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is actually quite nice because it's a bit quieter. The building is a solid structure with plenty of room for all the classes we run. We get kids from the surrounding villages and the newer housing developments nearby. It’s a mix of different backgrounds. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the books and the blackboard. The staff here are pretty down-to-earth. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving from one room to another. The summers in Noida are tough, so we make sure there’s plenty of drinking water available for everyone. We have a decent field where the kids play during their free time, though it gets a bit dry and brown when it hasn't rained. We just try to keep a simple routine every day. We start early and the day finishes before it gets too late. There’s always a bit of paperwork to handle in the office, and parents often drop by to ask about their child's progress. We talk to them plainly and tell them how it is. It’s just a regular school trying to do a good job in this part of Noida. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just keeping the school going day by day. It takes a lot of effort from everyone here to keep things moving.
