Birjhora Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Deuripara village in Bongaigaon. Sri Shashibhusan Medhi is the person in charge of the office space at his home. We are a collection of farmers from this area who wanted to join forces. Farming in Bongaigaon is what we know best. We spend most of our time out in the fields, so we aren't always in the office. The company is our way of staying organized as a group. We deal with all sorts of local produce and try to make sure everything gets handled right. It’s not an easy life, but we are used to the hard work. Deuripara is a quiet place and we like it that way. We don't have big budgets or fancy advertisements. We just rely on our hands and our knowledge of the land. Most of us grew up farming and it’s all we’ve ever done. We share tools and advice whenever someone needs it.
