Synthetic & Metals is located over in Gaushnagar, in the Makhdumpur area of Bokaro Steel City. Being in a steel city, everything around here feels very industrial. Our place isn't anything special to look at—just a functional building near the P.S. Balidih area. We work with metals and synthetic materials, so there’s usually a lot of noise and dust around. It’s a tough environment, but that’s just the nature of the business in Bokaro. Our office is more like a small room attached to the workshop where we keep the ledger and the orders. We don’t have air conditioning that works all the time, and the chairs are a bit old. But we’ve been here at 827010 for a while and we know how things work. Most of the day is spent checking on the machines or talking to the guys about the current batch of work. It’s a lot of grit and sweat. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make us look "professional." We just do the work, ship the orders, and move on to the next thing. The neighborhood is full of trucks and other small workshops, so it’s always moving. We fit right in with the local scene. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just try to get the metal and synthetic parts out on time to whoever needs them.
