You can find Exl Services at Plot No 85 in the Nehru Cooperative area of Bokaro Steel City. It is a pretty straightforward place. The city has that industrial feel to it, being a steel city and all. Plot No 85 is where we spend our hours. It’s a sturdy building, nothing too flashy, which suits us just fine. Nehru Cooperative is a known spot around here, so most locals know the way. We started here because the location made sense at the time. Inside, it’s just the usual desks and chairs. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. The main thing is that the electricity stays on and the work gets finished. Bokaro has its own rhythm, and we are part of that. Sometimes it gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun is really hitting the building. We just keep the curtains drawn and stay busy. The team at Exl Services is a small bunch, mostly locals who live nearby. We walk or ride over in the mornings and leave when the sun starts to go down. There isn’t much drama here. It’s just a regular office at a regular address in a hardworking city. We like the fact that it’s predictable. Plot No 85 has become like a second home to us over the months. It’s just where we happen to be, doing what we do every day.
