Our consultancy is based out of the Upper Bunglow area in Jarangdih. It’s part of the Bokaro district in Jharkhand. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the big cities, but we like it here. 3I Infotech Consultancy uses this space to manage various tech operations. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, old chairs, and our computer setups. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us focused on our screens. We deal with the local requirements and whatever else gets sent our way. Being in 829113 means we have to deal with some quirks, like the occasional power cut, but we’ve got backups for that. We don’t talk in marketing buzzwords. We just talk about what needs to be fixed today. It’s honest work. The building is older, and you can hear the birds outside more than you hear cars. It’s a different pace of life here. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to do. We show up, put in the hours, and make sure the systems are running. That is really all there is to it. We are just a small team in a quiet corner of Jharkhand doing our part. It is simple, practical, and it works for us.
