We are located near Barfani Ashram in Ward No 45. This company was started by women from the local area who wanted to do something together instead of just working separately. It is a bit of a challenge sometimes, balancing work with everything else going on at home, but we make it work. Our office is a simple place where we gather to talk about our products and how the season is going. Since we are a producer company, the women here are the ones making the decisions. We don't have any big bosses in suits telling us what to do. Mostly, we are just trying to get our goods to market without too much trouble. Sometimes the logistics get complicated, especially when we have a big batch of items ready at once. We talk to each other a lot, sharing advice on what works and what doesn't. It’s not a polished operation, and there are always things that could be improved, but we are learning as we go. We see each other at the market or around the neighborhood every day. It feels more like a community group than a business most of the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to make sure our families are taken care of and that the work we do is useful. It is honest work, and it keeps us grounded while we try to build something for our future.
