We are based out of Kiran Kunj on Mangla Road in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The business is run by Brijmohan and Sanjeev Kumar, and you’ll often find one of us or Mr. J V P Singh around the place. Our office is more like a family home that’s been converted into a workspace. It’s got that comfortable, lived-in feel, which we prefer over those cold, modern offices. We handle various trading and supply tasks from here. Mangla Road can get a bit noisy with all the traffic, but inside Kiran Kunj, it’s usually quite productive. We have stacks of registers and papers everywhere because we still like to keep track of things the old-fashioned way. People from the neighborhood often stop by for a chat or to discuss some business. We’ve been in Bilaspur for a long time and know most of the local traders. It is a simple operation where we just focus on doing our work honestly and getting things delivered when we say we will. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to people and figure things out as we go. On hot afternoons, we usually slow down a bit and have some cold water or tea, but otherwise, we are quite busy. It is a family-oriented atmosphere, and we like to keep it that way. We just do our best to serve the local market and keep things running.
