We've been over here at Chak 1 A Chhoti for a while now. If you're coming down Dhan Mandi Road near Shiv Chowk, you just have to look for the first floor. It's not a fancy place, mostly just desks and bags of Auraa Hybrid Seeds. Running a seed business in India means dealing with a lot of farmers and seasonal changes, which keeps us busy. Some days the stairs feel steeper than others, especially when we're moving samples around. We spend most of our time checking batches and talking to people who come by. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the packets go out right. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but that's just part of being near the market. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us here making sure things run. People around Shiv Chowk know where we are if they need to chat about what's growing this season. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with hybrid seeds is technical, but we talk about it in a way that makes sense to anyone. There’s always coffee or tea going in the back room. We don't spend much on decorations because the work is what matters most to us. It’s a quiet spot once you get inside from the busy street. We've seen a lot of changes in the local area lately, but we're still right here in the same spot doing what we do.
