Naveen Public School is tucked away in Chitta, which is part of the Bidar area. We aren't in the middle of a big city, so things are a bit slower and more relaxed around here. The school building is a familiar sight for everyone living in the village. It’s where the local kids spend most of their day from Monday to Saturday. We don’t have a giant campus or anything like that, just a handful of classrooms and a bit of space for the students to run around during their breaks. The furniture is simple and the rooms are filled with the sound of kids reciting their lessons. It’s a very grounded place. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the families quite well. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit muddy, or the dust kicks up when it's dry, but the school stays open and the work continues. We focus on the regular subjects like math and reading. There aren't any big bells or whistles here. It’s just a place for education that fits into the life of the Chitta community. You might see a stray dog wandering near the gate or some local farmers passing by on their way to the fields. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We like that our school is a steady part of these kids' lives as they grow up in Bidar. It is a plain, hard-working school that helps the neighborhood.
