We are over at Flat No. C/303 in the Vaishnav Vihar Apartments. It is a quiet spot in Bomikhal, Bhubaneswar. Most days we are just sitting here dealing with hiring and HR paperwork. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular office setup in an apartment building. People come to us when they need help finding staff or figuring out how to manage their employees better. We’ve been in this part of Orissa for a while now. Some days it is busy with interviews and other days we are just catching up on files. The location is pretty easy to find once you get into the complex. We handle a lot of the boring stuff that companies don't want to do themselves, like sorting through resumes and checking references. It takes a lot of time to get it right. We just try to keep things moving along for the businesses we work with. The neighborhood is nice and we have regular hours. Usually, we are here from the morning until the evening. If you walk past the main gate and find the C block, that's us. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the office name on the door. It’s a practical way to work. We talk to a lot of people every day, some looking for jobs and others looking for workers. It’s just how the day goes here in Bhubaneswar. We handle the consulting side too, mostly just giving advice on how to keep things legal and organized.
