Miracle Hr Forume

You can find us at Plot No-68/1413 in Acharaya Vihar. There is a bit of a residential feel around this area, which we actually like quite a lot. Miracle Hr Forume is really just a small team of us trying to help people find decent work. We get a lot of young graduates coming in from the nearby colleges who are looking for their very first start. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some basic chairs, a few computers, and resumes piled up on the desks. We don't have a receptionist sitting in a suit; usually, whoever happens to be sitting closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It gets very busy during hiring seasons, and the phone doesn't seem to stop ringing some days. We try our best to keep track of everyone, but sometimes it is honestly hard when so many people are looking for jobs at once. We sit in this little office in Bhubaneswar and just talk to people all day. Some days we feel like we have really helped a lot of folks, and other days it just feels like a lot of filing and paperwork. We don't use fancy software for matching people to jobs; we mostly just remember who would be a good fit for which company based on our own notes. It is a manual and personal process for us. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home in our tiffins, eaten together in the back. It is a simple way to run a business. We have been here for a while and the locals know us.
