Niis

Niis is based over at Gridco Colony in the Bhoi Nagar area of Bhubaneswar. The specific address is C/O Bhagaban Sahu, Quarter Number 2Ra/105. Being inside a colony like Gridco makes it feel very different from a typical business district. It’s more laid back and quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. The quarter itself is a standard government-style building, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we’ve made ourselves at home. It’s a small space, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. Instead, you just walk in and see us working. Bhubaneswar-22 is a decent area to be in. It’s got a lot of trees and it’s not as loud as the main markets. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during our lunch break just to catch some fresh air. The mail comes to Bhoi Nagar and the postman knows us by now. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't spend money on making the office look like a magazine cover. We just make sure the lights are on and the work gets completed. It’s honest and simple. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of Orissa.
