Our office is located in the New Railway Colony in the Mancheswar area of Bhubaneswar. We are in Quarter Number H/5, which is a Type-2 house. It’s very close to the Kanchanjunga Apartment building. Being in a railway colony gives the place a very specific feel. It’s quiet in some ways but you can always feel the movement of the city nearby. Sarada Pr & Media Consultants has been based here for a bit. It’s more of a home-office vibe than a corporate one. We have a few desks set up in the main rooms and lots of papers and phones around. Dealing with media means we are always talking to someone or writing something down. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist at a front desk. You usually just knock and someone will come to the door. It’s a very straightforward way to work. We like being in Orissa and especially in this part of Bhubaneswar. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a friendly spot. We just focus on our projects and try to keep things moving along without too much drama. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life and we enjoy the work we do. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the H/5 marking. It’s a simple place where we get a lot of stuff finished every day. We just do our best.
