Capital Events

Capital Events is located in Nayapalli, which is a pretty central part of Bhubaneshwar. We are quite close to Crp Square, so it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been doing events for a good stretch of time now. It’s mostly just a group of us who enjoy putting things together. The office is where we do all the sketching and list-making. We spend a lot of time talking to decorators and caterers. Since we’re near the square, we can get to most parts of the city pretty quickly, which helps when we’re running between venues. Some mornings are slow with just emails, but then the afternoons get hectic. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can work. You’ll see plenty of folders and samples lying around. People come to us when they have a big day coming up and need a hand with the details. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and what costs what. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, especially when a big event is actually happening. We take our own notes and handle the bookings ourselves. If you’re in Nayapalli, you might see us around.
