We've been running Adze Management Pvt Ltd from our office at Plot No 4338/ C in Madhuri Bhawan for a while now. It is located on Chintamani Swar Temple Road, right in the Budheshwari Colony part of Bhubaneshwar. If you know the area near Cuttack Road, we are pretty easy to find. Most days involve us sitting here and figuring out management tasks for our clients. It is not a very big office, but it works for what we need to do. We usually start our mornings by checking through emails and seeing what needs to be handled immediately. Being in Budheshwari Colony means we have a lot of local stuff happening around us all the time. Sometimes the road gets a bit crowded with people going to the temple, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't really have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It's just a group of us trying to keep things organized. We handle various management projects and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when several deadlines hit at once, but we just get through it one step at a time. We've stayed in this same spot for a bit, so the neighbors know us. It’s a practical space where we can focus. There’s no fancy lobby or anything, just our desks and the equipment we use to get the job done.
