Our office is in a bit of a different spot, over at House No. S 24 in Phase 1 of Maitree Vihar. It’s actually at Mr. M D Sahu’s house. This part of Chandrasekharpur is quite nice, usually a bit quieter than the main roads in Bhubaneswar. We’re tucked away in a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical sterile office building. It’s more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace, which has its own charm, I suppose. You have to navigate through the lanes of Maitree Vihar to find us, but once you’re here, it’s quite peaceful. We work from here every day, sitting around tables and getting through the consulting work. It’s not a flashy setup. We have our files, some computers, and a lot of tea. Since it’s a house, the vibe is very relaxed, though we stay busy. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors or the birds outside, which is a lot better than hearing horns all day. We’ve found that being in a house works for us because it keeps things grounded. There isn't a big sign outside or anything. It’s just where we are. We handle everything from here, keeping things running as smoothly as we can in a space that feels more like a community than a corporation. Propeople Consulting Group is just a small group of us working out of this house in Maitree Vihar.
