No Organization

This isn't really a company with a fancy name or a big board of directors. We just go by No Organization because that’s the honest reality of it. We operate out of Praphula Panda’s place over in Aurovindo Nagar. It’s the first lane, house number A1/28. If you know Ganjam, you know it’s a place where everyone basically knows their neighbors. We don't have a big sign out front or a receptionist. It’s mostly just us doing what needs to be done from a small room in the house. Sometimes people get confused by the name when they hear it, but we like the simplicity and the honesty of it. There are no big meetings or complicated corporate goals here. We just handle the work as it comes in day by day. The lane outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional scooter passing by or a neighbor calling out. Being in Orissa, we appreciate the slower pace of life compared to the big cities. We’ve got our basic setup with some equipment and not much else. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and files sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. Praphula keeps things running smoothly enough for our needs. We don't pretend to be some big firm from a metro area. We are just local people working from a local house in Ganjam. It’s practical and it gets the job done without any extra fluff or nonsense.
