Our little office is located right in the middle of Arunodayanagar in Cuttack. It’s actually part of a residential block, specifically at Qrs. No. 3 in Kuinta Bhawan, which belongs to Dr. H.K. Routray. It makes for a bit of an unusual setting because it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate building. We have a few rooms set up with desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but they serve their purpose. Usually, you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the windows—kids playing or someone calling out on the street. It’s a relaxed kind of place where we don't worry too much about looking perfect. We’ve got a small area where we sit and have our lunch together, mostly talking about regular stuff rather than work. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the weather gets bad, which is just how things go around here in Orissa. We just light a candle or wait for the generator to kick in. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way because it’s easy to manage. Most people who visit us say it’s easy to find once you know the landmark of Kuinta Bhawan. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day without making a big fuss about things.
