Kadambini Media is tucked away in Bhaumanagar, specifically at A-9/10 in the U-4 section of Bhubaneswar. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which helps when we are trying to concentrate on our projects. The office is pretty simple, with basic furniture and a lot of books and papers scattered around the place. We don’t really go in for the modern minimalist look. It feels more like a lived-in space where actual work happens every day. Bhubaneswar can get incredibly hot in the summer, so our air conditioning gets a real workout, though it sometimes makes a rattling sound that we’ve all just learned to ignore. We have a small crew here, and we usually eat lunch together around a big table in the back. It’s not a formal environment at all. Someone might be wearing flip-flops, and there is usually some music playing quietly in the background. We handle a lot of media-related things, so there’s always something new coming across our desks. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way. It’s just a honest, local business where we try to stay organized despite the constant flow of information. The pace is steady, and we like it that way. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’ve gotten quite attached to this little corner of the city. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
