Jobs Avenue is based out of Qr.No:L-256 in the HAL Township of Sunabeda-2, Koraput. It’s a unique place to work because the township has its own feel. We’ve been helping people find employment in this part of Orissa for a long time. Our office is small and simple, located right within the residential area. We spend our days looking through job listings and talking to local folks who need work. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't have any big flashy signs or corporate branding. People know us because we’ve been here in Sunabeda for years. It’s a close-knit community and news travels fast. We try to be honest with people about what’s available. Sometimes there are plenty of jobs, and other times things are quiet. We don't use any fancy software to pick candidates; we just talk to them and see what they can do. Being in Koraput means we understand the local challenges and opportunities. Our office is a place where people can come in and have a real conversation about their future. We don't pretend to have all the answers, but we do our best to help out. It’s a practical, local operation and that’s how we like it. We’re just a small team in the HAL Township trying to keep things moving for everyone who stops by to see us.
